U.S. Notice at Collection
We collect personal information (e.g., identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet/activity data, precise geolocation with permission, photos submitted by you, and inferences) to operate our pickup & delivery laundry services, process payments with Stripe, provide customer support, improve our Services, ensure safety/fraud prevention, and send transactional messages (and marketing with consent). We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” limited identifiers and internet/activity data with analytics/advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising—opt-out available below. Retention generally follows legal/tax requirements (often up to 7 years for receipts).
To exercise your rights or opt out of “sharing,” use the button above, email LM@iProWash.com, or call +1 925.877.4900. We honor applicable Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals on web where technically feasible.
